Bonnie Pascall, BA, MCS
Bonnie is a senior management consultant with more than 30
years of business experience. She has held senior roles in
the management consulting firms of Towers Perrin and Watson
Wyatt, as well as senior roles in the energy sector and health care. At Towers Perrin she was the national practice
leader of change management and the western Canada unit
leader for the practice areas of measurement,
communications, change management, and human resources. She has managed and delivered large and small scale projects
some of them on local, regional and global levels. She has led and delivered on hundreds of research projects including audits, gap analysis projects, customer
satisfaction surveys, communication audits, employee
engagement surveys and benchmarking studies. In addition to her expertise in research, Bonnie works with
organizations to help them attract, engage and retain
employees. She holds a B.A. and a MCS from The University of
Calgary, a Business Diploma from Northern College of Applied
Arts and Technology and is currently in the process of
completing her certification in Mediation through the BC
Justice Institute.
She received a Gold Quill Award of Excellence for Strategic
Planning from the International Association of Business
Communicators and volunteers with a number of organizations.
She is Chair of the Governance and Human Resource Committee for Lougheed House Conservation Society Board and is Chair
of Human Resources for the Hospice Calgary Board.
Stephanie Rohling, BA, LLB
Stephanie is a consultant and lawyer with expertise in all
aspects of research and audits. She has a strong analytical
ability with both quantitative and qualitative information.
She has over 15 years of business experience and has worked
with Pascall Management since 2003. She has held roles in
the energy sector and professional services firms. In
addition to her research and consulting experience, she
works as a lawyer in the areas of corporate commercial law
and wills and estates.
Stephanie holds a General Studies Diploma from Mount Royal College, a BA from The University of Calgary and a law
degree from The University of Alberta. She enjoys teaching
adult learners and currently teaches business law at The
Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. She is currently
completing her certification in Mediation through the BC
Justice Institute. Stephanie is proficient in several
computer programs and has a strong statistical background.
Nadine MacLean, BA
Nadine is a research analyst and office manager with experience in client satisfaction and research. She is very methodical in her approach to research and this leads to a reporting style that has very little room for error. Her work ethic and thorough attention to detail ensures our clients are always satisfied with the services we provide them. Nadine is proficient in a variety of computer programs as well as the survey process.
She holds a degree in Criminology from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS. She has recently obtained a diploma in Office Administration from the Nova Scotia Community College in which she finished at the top of the program.
